Meditation
A natural expression of the divinely inspired impulse for self-perfection.
Songs of Joy, Community, & Gratitude
Meditation is a natural expression of the divinely inspired impulse for self-perfection. Meditation silences the noise of egoistic preoccupations, replacing them with songs of joy, community, and gratitude.
While holding a seed thought during the meditative process, downpouring soul energies fertilize the invisible seeds and beautiful flowers blossom in consciousness.
This collection of easy guided meditations offers short, regular, and longer-form audio tracks, for those with any level of experience. Use these powerful inner tools for as little as 5 minutes a day for life changing results!

The Royal Road Within
Meditation needs no belief system, no special equipment, and no perfect circumstances — only a few honest minutes and a willingness to turn inward. It is the oldest wellness practice on Earth, and the one modern life most urgently needs.

Begin simply. Sit comfortably with the spine at ease. Close the eyes, and let the breath settle into its own rhythm. When thoughts arise — and they will — simply notice them and return, gently, to the breath. That returning is the practice. Five minutes counts. Daily beats occasionally long.
The benefits are not folklore. Studies of experienced meditators show measurably steadier responses to stress and a rapid return to inner calm after being startled — and research indicates regular meditation supports the brain’s health and flexibility as we age. As Business & Spirituality puts it: “Meditation reduces stress and induces relaxation, both essential for radiant health.” (p. 259)
And beyond calm lies the deeper promise: “Meditation is the sacred art of tuning the human instrument to the higher pitch of the Heavenly Self.” (p. 255) It “connects us to our inner guides, heals the psyche, and becomes a springboard for creativity” (p. 256) Let the music on this page accompany your practice, and if you would like gentle guidance on the journey, join our mailing list below — teachings and meditations arrive a few times a year.
