Visualization
Symbol, sound, and sensation are primary communication tools of Divine Mind.
Through imaginative visualization, we gain greater awareness, synthesis, and willpower on planes subtler than the physical dimension in which we ordinarily “live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28).
Individuals and assemblies can achieve physical and psychological improvements through utilizing consistent, focused visualization. Visualization differs from ordinary daydreaming and imagination in that it is consciously directed and strives for mental/intuitional awareness.
Visualization exercises develop the inner eye and strengthen intuitional awareness. In time, the soul-infused human becomes a spiritually radiant server of the Planetary Plan.

The Supreme Mental Science
Every cathedral, every symphony, and every business began the same way: as a picture held in a human mind. Visualization is the deliberate use of that creative faculty — seeing, clearly and repeatedly, the reality you intend, until the inner image begins to organize outer life around it.
The practice is straightforward. Settle the body and breath as in meditation. Then build your image — a goal achieved, a quality embodied, a healing completed — in vivid detail: see it, feel it, inhabit it as already true. Hold it steadily for a few minutes, release it with gratitude, and return to it daily. Repetition is what turns a picture into a path.
One beloved exercise from Business & Spirituality: when worries obsess or enrage, visualize zooming out — above the city, above the Earth, a few star-systems into space — and review your situation from that high place. Perspective is a spiritual technology, and it is always available.
