Text Message Terms

We do not share your number.

Unitive Spirituality, Inc. does not share text-message opt-in data — including phone numbers and consent records — with any affiliate or third party for marketing, promotional, or any other unrelated purpose. All opt-in data and consent records are kept strictly confidential and are never sold, rented, traded, or shared, except with the aggregators and message-delivery providers used solely to deliver the messages you asked to receive.

About this program

Unitive Spirituality, Inc. is a California nonprofit religious corporation, tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3), EIN 84-3443988. We publish teachings, books, and courses, produce sacred music, and offer meditation, contemplative, kirtan, and interfaith programs in Los Angeles and online.

We use text messages to support that work: to confirm and remind you about things you registered for, to share teachings and program news, and — separately, and only if you ask for it — to invite your support.

Being a nonprofit does not exempt us from obtaining your consent, and we do not claim that it does. We text only people who have knowingly opted in.

The three categories

Each is a separate consent. You may take one, two, all three, or none.

How to stop — any reasonable method works

You may withdraw your consent at any time. You do not have to use a particular word or a particular channel.

Reply to any message with STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT.
Or simply tell us in your own words in a reply — we read them.

We honor every request as soon as we receive it, and in no case later than 10 business days after receipt.

An unqualified request to stop ends all three categories. If you want to end only one, name it — for example, reply STOP FUNDRAISING — and the others continue.

After you opt out you may receive a single confirmation message. It will contain no promotional content and will arrive within five minutes. Nothing further will follow in the category you ended.
